How can Kegel exercises lead to a better orgasm?

Dr. Arnold Kegel developed a series of exercises called “Kegel Exercises” to help people with vulvas experience more intense orgasms. Here’s how to perform these exercises:

vagina

Step 1: First locate your pelvic floor muscles. These are the muscles you’ll be exercising when you do the exercises. Put a finger or two into your vagina. Tighten the muscles in that ares. If you can feel some pressure in your fingers, even just a little, then you have located the right muscles.

Step 2: The idea is to contract the pelvic muscles doing fast short holds or a mix of short and long holds. For example you can hold the contraction and then release it, ten times in a row and repeat the process five to ten times a day. Another variation would be to contract the pelvic muscles for three seconds then release them.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for 6-8 weeks before expecting to see results. Perform Kegel exercises during sex for increased pleasure. You can do the exercises during phone calls, tv commercials, online browsing etc.

Did you know that men can also use Kegel exercises for more intense orgasms?
